In the initial state, all user fingerprints can be unlocked, but this can be avoided by setting up an administrator. After installing the lock, you must set the corresponding administrator password and fingerprint.

How can I delete user codes or fingerprints?

You can delete codes and fingerprints via the App.

What should I do if the latch is not functioning properly?

Our door lock will automatically determine the direction in which the door opens after being powered on. If the latch is not working properly, you can restore the factory settings to resolve the issue.

What should I do if the door lock cannot be opened without power?

In case of an emergency when there is no power, you can use a power bank to charge the door lock. There is an emergency charging port at the bottom of the door lock for such situations. Please note that the emergency charging port is only intended for short-term use.

How do I connect the door lock to the mobile app?

Press keypad 3 + unlock, verify the admin code. Then, access the app, click "Add Device" → "Add" → select the device. The lock will display "Operation successful," and the app will redirect to lock control.
