The SmartCode touchpad smart lock with Home Connect technology allows wireless communication with other devices in your home. This lock enables users to remotely check the door lock status, lock or unlock the door, and receive notifications via a web-enabled device. The SmartCode features a one-touch locking motorized deadbolt, providing keyless entry with a personalized code and increased visibility from the back-lit keypad. Installation, programming, and use of the SmartCode are simple, requiring just 4 AA batteries. Additionally, the lock includes SmartKey Security as a back-up keyway.

The Matte Black finish adds a stylish touch to the SmartCode, complementing its design with rich tones. This lock provides secure keyless entry, featuring a fast and quiet motorized deadbolt with an illuminated keypad for convenient home access and one-touch locking when leaving. It is also smart home-ready, compatible with ZigBee panels and hubs to expand your security system and home automation capabilities. A ZigBee connection is required for this functionality.

With a 30-second auto-locking feature, the deadbolt can be set to lock automatically after entry or exit, allowing for hands-free operation and quick access. Programming is easy, allowing for up to 30 programmable unique custom user codes to be set for various individuals such as family, friends, or dog walkers. Installation is a breeze and can be done independently with just a screwdriver, fitting doors between 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thick. The 4 AA batteries included last for 12 months or longer.
